Cook for 10 minutes covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the loins, shred the cod removing skin and bones, and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a wok, add a drizzle of olive oil. Saut\u00e9 the chopped onion and garlic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the remaining vegetables and seasonings. Stir well and cook until tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the cooked fusilli, the cod, and the soy cream.
