Let the cod thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Saut\u00e9 the onion, garlic, and bell pepper in a drizzle of olive oil until golden. Add the cod and cook through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, cut the pizza dough into small circles using a cutter or a glass. If needed, lightly oil the glass and sprinkle flour on the work surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spread tomato sauce over each dough circle, top with grated cheese, add some of the cod mixture, and finish with olives and quartered cherry tomatoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake in a preheated oven at 220 \u00b0C for 10\u201315 minutes (or follow the instructions on the pizza dough packaging).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
