Place the cod, still frozen, in a pot submerged in water. Once it comes to the boil, cook for 5 minutes and remove. Drain, spread out on a platter to cool and drizzle with olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cut all the vegetables into small, even-sized cubes and place in a salad bowl with the olives. Season with olive oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper and dried oregano. Add the crumbled feta cheese and the cod, and toss well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sprinkle the Greek-style cod salad with dried oregano and serve immediately with slices of rustic bread on the side (if refrigerating, season only just before serving).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
