{"id":5747,"date":"2021-05-27T13:20:27","date_gmt":"2021-05-27T12:20:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/receitas\/bacalhau-com-grao-e-espinafres-no-forno\/"},"modified":"2024-03-08T15:38:22","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T15:38:22","slug":"codfish-with-chickpeas-and-spinach-in-the-oven","status":"publish","type":"receitas","link":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/recipes\/codfish-with-chickpeas-and-spinach-in-the-oven\/","title":{"rendered":"Codfish with chickpeas and spinach in the oven"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Defrost the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/products\/cod-loins-1kg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cod<\/a>, arrange the skin side down in a baking dish with the bottom olive oil and the bay leaf, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200\u00b0C for approx. 20 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, let it cool slightly and flake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a high roasting pan place the chickpeas (washed and drained) with the onion cut into very thin half-moons, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, drizzle with olive oil and roast at the same time as the codfish stirring halfway through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soften the chopped garlic in olive oil and saut\u00e9 the spinach, seasoning with salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrange the saut\u00e9ed spinach on top of the chickpeas, then arrange the codfish flakes and olives, drizzle with a little olive oil and place in the oven to brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bacalhau_riberalves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">READY TO TASTE GOOD!<\/a><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1606,"template":"","categories":[259,8],"colecoes":[330,339],"tipos-bacalhau":[238,244],"class_list":["post-5747","receitas","type-receitas","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-originais-en","category-uncategorized","colecoes-autumn-winter","colecoes-family-meals","tipos-bacalhau-codfish-loins","tipos-bacalhau-codfish-steak"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Codfish with chickpeas and spinach in the oven - Riberalves<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Looking for a recipe tip?
