How about a different but very tasty recipe? Rice with Riberalves codfish<\/a> tongues. Check out the full recipe and bon app\u00e9tit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Defrost the codfish Tongues, rinse them under cold running water and set aside. Soften the finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then add the finely chopped tomatoes (peeled) and cook for 2 to 3 min. Then add the diced peppers and cook for 1 to 2 min. Meanwhile, add the codfish Tongues and cook for 6 to 7 min. Then, remove the codfish Tongues and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the rice to the pan, stir for 1 min. and add the hot water. Check the salt and freshly ground black pepper seasoning and cook until the rice is done, stirring from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just before the rice is cooked, add again the codfish Tongues to the pan and finish cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serve hot with plenty of chopped coriander. A delicious codfish tongue rice is ready!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
