On a very high heat, add the white wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let it evaporate a little, reduce the heat and add the tomato pulp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then add the cooked red beans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow to cook a little longer and adjust the salt and sugar if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The codfish loin must be cooked separately in boiling water. Place the fillet, about 8 to 10 min over low heat, after it has come to the boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve in a deep plate, with the chilli on the bottom and the loin in the centre.
