{"id":5792,"date":"2021-05-24T21:30:48","date_gmt":"2021-05-24T20:30:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/receitas\/bacalhau-em-camadas-com-cebola-confitada-e-batatas\/"},"modified":"2024-03-08T15:38:28","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T15:38:28","slug":"layered-codfish-with-onions-confit-and-potatoes","status":"publish","type":"receitas","link":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/recipes\/layered-codfish-with-onions-confit-and-potatoes\/","title":{"rendered":"Layered codfish with onions confit and potatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Shred the cooked <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/codfish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish <\/a>(fillets, loins, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the boiled potatoes into slices about half a centimetre long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a non-stick pan heat the olive oil, add the thinly sliced red onion and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the sugar and a pinch of salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the balsamic vinegar and cook over a medium heat for another 2-3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a roasting pan or on plates, layer the sliced potatoes, codfish fillets and onions, using the olive oil for seasoning.
