{"id":5801,"date":"2021-05-24T12:53:02","date_gmt":"2021-05-24T11:53:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/receitas\/trouxas-de-bacalhau\/"},"modified":"2024-03-08T15:38:30","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T15:38:30","slug":"codfish-bundles","status":"publish","type":"receitas","link":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/recipes\/codfish-bundles\/","title":{"rendered":"Codfish \u201cbundles\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>After defrosting the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/codfish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cod loin<\/a>, remove the skin and bones and flake it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the red cabbage (whole and washed) in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes. This way it is easier to remove the leaves without them breaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Distribute the flaked cod over 4 cabbage leaves and roll them into bundle shapes. Steam in water flavoured with bay leaves, 15 to 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, prepare the rice: put the olive oil, the garlic and the onion in a pan and, always on a low heat, as soon as the onion turns translucent add the tomato, the pulp and the rice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add double the water (in proportion to the rice) and allow to cook.
