Shall we prepare? Defrost the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/products\/codfish-cheeks-500g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish cheeks<\/a>, rinse under cold running water, drain well and dry with absorbent paper towels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a large non-stick pan with olive oil saut\u00e9 the codfish cheeks over a medium to high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, turning halfway through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the &#8220;tartar&#8221;: dice the avocado and mango and finely chop the onion, place in a bowl, drizzle with the juice of the limes and add coarsely chopped coriander.
