{"id":5812,"date":"2021-05-23T17:07:47","date_gmt":"2021-05-23T16:07:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/receitas\/bacalhau-a-gomes-de-sa-2\/"},"modified":"2024-03-08T15:38:32","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T15:38:32","slug":"gomes-de-sa-style-codfish","status":"publish","type":"receitas","link":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/recipes\/gomes-de-sa-style-codfish\/","title":{"rendered":"Gomes de S\u00e1 style codfish"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Start preparing the Gomes de S\u00e1 codfish by defrosting the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish fillets<\/a> and cooking them in plenty of water for 5 to 6 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove skin and bones and chip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook the skinned <strong>potatoes cut in half in salted water<\/strong>. Drain the water, let it cool slightly, remove the skin, and cut into wide slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slice the <strong>onions and mince the garlic and brown in olive oil<\/strong>. Next, add the codfish flakes and mix them in. Then, add the potato slices, adjust the salt seasoning if necessary and mix carefully so as not to crumble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place everything on a baking sheet and <strong>bake in a preheated oven at 200\u00b0C for 15 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boil the eggs, peel, and slice them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the roasting pan from the oven, distribute the slices of hard-boiled eggs, black olives and chopped parsley and <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/linha\/consumo-no-lar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">serve immediately.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bacalhau_riberalves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>READY TO TASTE GOOD!<\/strong><\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1413,"template":"","categories":[259,52],"colecoes":[330,339,324,345],"tipos-bacalhau":[244],"class_list":["post-5812","receitas","type-receitas","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-originais-en","category-traditional","colecoes-autumn-winter","colecoes-family-meals","colecoes-special-occasions","colecoes-traditional","tipos-bacalhau-codfish-steak"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
