{"id":5813,"date":"2021-05-23T17:05:04","date_gmt":"2021-05-23T16:05:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/receitas\/bacalhau-com-molho-de-pimentos-e-cuscuz-de-brocolos\/"},"modified":"2024-03-08T15:38:32","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T15:38:32","slug":"codfish-with-pepper-sauce-and-broccoli-couscous","status":"publish","type":"receitas","link":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/recipes\/codfish-with-pepper-sauce-and-broccoli-couscous\/","title":{"rendered":"Codfish with pepper sauce and broccoli \u201ccouscous\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Defrost the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\/49-produtos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cod<\/a>fish, remove the side bones, place the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\/49-produtos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish <\/a>skin side down in a large pan, cover with olive oil, add 1 teaspoon of peppercorns and cook over a low heat for approx. 20 min. from the moment the oil starts to bubble (but without boiling).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the veins and seeds from the peppers, cut into pieces and place in a foil packet with the sliced onion, season with salt and olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200\u00b0C for approx. 30 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then remove the skin from the peppers and mash them with the roasted onion in a food processor or with a hand blender until you obtain a cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a food processor, shred the broccoli (without the largest stalk) until you get a consistency of couscous.
