Make the filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Defrost the shredded codfish. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion and the chopped garlic and fry until golden brown. Add the codfish, season with pepper and cook well, stirring occasionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Remove from the heat, crumble slightly and return to the heat. Dissolve the cornflour in the milk, add to the pan, add a little chopped parsley, season with nutmeg, mix well, remove from the heat and leave to cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The dough: put the flour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, the olive oil and the water and knead well until it becomes a smooth homogeneous dough. Then roll out the dough, sprinkling it with flour underneath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Put the filling in a pastry bag and arrange it in small portions on top of half the dough. Brush all around with water, fold the dough over to cover and press around the filling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cut up the ravioli with a pasta cutter and then cook them in salted water. Drain them and serve with tomato sauce and decorated to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
