Check out the full recipe here!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the codfish, shred it and drain well. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and nutmeg. Add the cooked, peeled and mashed potatoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gradually add the eggs and olive oil. Mix well, working the dough with a wooden spoon. Let it rest for 1 hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the dough into long pieces and cook in boiling water with a little salt for a few minutes (until they come to the surface). The gnocchi are ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a gratin dish, alternate the layers of gnocchi with the codfish, drizzle with butter, sprinkle the parmesan and the breadcrumbs (optional) and bake in the oven for au gratin.
