Let’s prepare a recipe for “Eggs Benedict” on a bed of spinach and codfish<\/a> flakes with Riberalves Codfish, Ready to Cook!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a pan of boiling water cook the codfish loins for about 7-8 minutes. After cooked, shred and store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peel and chop the garlic and place in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Heat gently and add the spinach leaves, seasoning with salt. Cook the spinach leaves, without letting them soften completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a small bowl break the eggs individually, without letting the egg yolk break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour 250 ml of water into a pan and heat until almost boiling. Before boiling, pour the egg carefully so that it doesn’t fall apart or scatter. Allow the egg to cook for about 4 minutes. Carefully remove the egg and repeat the procedure for each egg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end, on a platter lay the spinach with the codfish flakes and arrange the eggs benedict on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
