Cook the pasta in plenty of water until it is “al dente”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Season the codfish with lemon juice, salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little wheat flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saut\u00e9 the onion in a tablespoon of butter and add the spinach. Add the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche and nutmeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heat the oil with two tablespoons of butter in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the loins until golden brown (3 minutes on each side).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remove the codfish from the pan, add two \u00adtablespoons of \u00adbutter and the chopped hazelnuts and let them brown. Pour this mixture over the loins and serve with the spinach and pasta, to which you should add another two tablespoons of butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
