Remove the skin from the sweet potato and cut it into slices, not too thick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepare the sauce: put the butter in a pan and let it melt. Add salt, pepper, the onion cut into small pieces, the tomato and the finely chopped coriander\u00ad. Add the tomato sauce and add a small glass of white wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a dish, place olive oil, a layer of sweet potato slices, the codfish fillets and the sauce. Again, a layer of sweet potato, the codfish and the sauce. Finally, a layer of codfish and cover with the mayonnaise\u00ad.
