A simple and very tasty recipe and with the best protein, the Riberalves codfish, Ready to Taste Good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defrost the codfish loins and cook them in water seasoned with a pinch of salt, nutmeg and the bay leaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drain the codfish, remove the skins and bones, flake it and set it aside. Strain 1.2 litres of the cooking broth through a sieve and reserve it too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel and wash the onion and chop finely. Clean the leeks, cut them into slices, wash them and drain them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the margarine in a pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
