Breaded Riberalves Codfish <\/a>Tongues. How about it? Check out the full recipe here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Defrost the codfish tongues and dry them well with the help of a cloth or absorbent paper. Peel the garlic and mince it. Place the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs on 3 plates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place the codfish tongues in a bowl and add the garlic, lemon juice and pepper. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then drain, brush the tongues first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place a frying pan with oil on the heat and fry the tongues on both sides, remove and let them drain on absorbent paper and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The breaded codfish tongues are ready! Serve with tomato rice or coriander rice or an egg salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
