Roasted Codfish with nut sauce is very easy to prepare. Take a peek!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allow the codfish steaks to defrost, rinse quickly under cold tap water and dry using kitchen paper. Grease a baking tray with olive oil. Make sure the codfish steaks are evenly coated and bake at 180\u00b0C in a pre-heated oven for 18-20 minutes (until the fish flakes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the agave syrup in a non-stick frying pan. Add the nuts and toast them on medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes, while stirring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serve the baked codfish streaks<\/a> with the nut sauce and long-grain rice boiled with 1 tablespoon of saffron, salt, 4 tablespoons of sultanas and 2 pods of star anise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
