Pumpkin and codfish <\/a>cakes. Shall we prepare them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Defrost the codfish, remove the skin and bones and shred it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Programme the oven at 190 degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turn the pumpkin and potato (previously cooked) into a puree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Involve half the olive oil and the flour and knead to form a smooth paste. Put the remaining olive oil in a pan, add the leek, the pepper and the parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After cooking for a few minutes, add the codfish. Cook until all the liquid has evaporated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After cooling slightly, fold this mixture into the pumpkin dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Form cakes, using two spoons, which you shall arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place the Pumpkin and codfish cakes in the oven for about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
