When everything has browned, add the codfish and the cabbage (cut into large pieces). Mix well without breaking the leaves, cover the pan and drizzle with a glass of good white wine. If you need more liquid, use water. When the codfish is cooked, sprinkle with the cornflour (using a sieve), add the olives and serve the Codfish with cabbage on a serving dish.
