If you’re looking for a recipe for a nice family meal that everyone will enjoy, Codfish <\/a>with cornbread is the perfect recipe for what you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once cooked, drain the codfish clean it and \u00adbreak it into pieces. Saut\u00e9 over low heat in a pan in olive oil, chopped onion and garlic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cover the pan and let it cook for about 15 minutes, stirring from time to time. When the onions are almost cooked, add the sliced sausage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place the mixture on an oven tray and spread the cornbread on top. Beat the eggs, season, add two tablespoons of cream (optional) and cover the codfish. Bake in a medium oven until golden brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should be served the Codfish with cornbread with mashed potatoes (enriched with good butter, pepper and nutmeg).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
