Place the slices of ham in the middle of each one, as well as the basil leaves. Tie the loins with kitchen string.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the olive oil, previously mixed with the paprika, on a tray. Arrange the codfish loins with the onion and garlic on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut into thin slices and bake in the oven at 160\u00baC for about 15 minutes, occasionally drizzling with olive oil.
