Check the full recipe here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defrost the codfish fillets at room temperature, then rinse them, remove the skin and bones and finely shred them. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt. Then add the egg, milk and olive oil and mix very well. Add the chopped parsley, the garlic and the shredded codfish and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat up a pan with plenty of oil, add spoonful of the previous mixture, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown.
