And Codfish? Check out this tasty, practical and different recipe: Codfish and Vegetables Curry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Defrost the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/codfish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish<\/a> and break it into large flakes.<\/li><li>Place the olive oil, garlic, onion, bay leaf and curry powder in a pan.<\/li><li>Cook over a low heat until the onion is translucent. Add the remaining vegetables and the coconut water.<\/li><li>Let it cook (about 20 minutes, or until it is to taste) and add the codfish.
