A charming and tasty recipe: Proven\u00e7al Style Codfish<\/a>! Have you tried preparing it at home? Try it and bon app\u00e9tit<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boil the codfish loins, flake them into thick flakes and drizzle with Tabasco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emulsify the olive oil with the lemon juice, add the chopped garlic and heat over a low heat. As soon as it starts to boil, add the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, salt and pepper and some chopped parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serve the codfish with the sauce over slices of toasted bread. And that’s Proven\u00e7al style Codfish! How about that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
