Let’s prepare a simple and tasty recipe for Stuffed potatoes with codfish<\/a>? See the full recipe here on the website and Bon app\u00e9tit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wash the potatoes, brush them and remove the dark spots. Boil them for 15 minutes. Then drain and brush all the surface with olive oil. Wrap them in foil and bake in a hot oven until tender (the time depends on the quality of the potatoes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remove the potatoes from the oven, cut them in half, remove part of the pulp with a small spoon and put it in a bowl. Mash part of the pulp, add the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, the shredded cooked codfish, the chives, the olives, the salt and mix until it becomes a cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fill the potatoes with the cream, cover with \u00adgrated Parmesan cheese and \u00adbake in a hot oven, just until golden brown. Serve the Stuffed potatoes with codfish with a nice green salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
