Cook the chestnuts in salted water with fennel (if frozen, boil them in salted water with fennel) and drain. Boil the potatoes too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place the codfish fillets in an oven tray with the sliced garlic cloves, olive oil and a little pepper. Add the potatoes and chestnuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drizzle with a little milk and serve when the codfish flakes and the potatoes and chestnuts are golden. Garnish with the olives and a sprig of parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
