After cooked and cleaned, put the codfish <\/a>through a food processor until it is well ground. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Grease an 18 cm baking pan (with a hole in the middle) with good butter. In a medium pan, melt the butter over medium heat, saut\u00e9 the onion and garlic until soft, add the flour and stir until it starts to brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mix in the milk and eggs, which you add without stopping stirring, and let it thicken. Add the codfish and the chopped onion. Separately, toast the almond slices over a very hot heat. Add them carefully to the mixture and pour it into the mould.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bake in the oven (at 200 \u00baC) for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the tin, let it cool and serve with a good green salad.
