Let the codfish<\/a> fillets defrost, then rinse them under cold water, pour them into a pan, add cold water until well covered, bring to the boil and turn off the heat. Let the codfish cool in the water, then drain it, remove the skin and bones and shred it very finely, as if it were for pastry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Turn on the oven to 180 \u00baC and grease a cake tin with margarine. Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, season with a pinch of salt and mix. Add the eggs, milk and olive oil, season with a pinch of pepper and mix well. Add the codfish and the chopped parsley and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pour the mixture into the mould and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
