Then drain the codfish, let it cool down, remove the skin and bones and flake it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clean and wash the broccoli, cut it into sprigs, cook it in salted water, leaving it &#8220;al dente&#8221; and drain it. Peel and wash the carrots, cut them into sticks and cook them in salted water, leaving them &#8220;al dente&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash the courgettes, remove the ends and cut them into sticks. Arrange the mushrooms and slice them. Peel and wash the onion and garlic cloves, cut the onions into half-moons and chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic and saut\u00e9 until the onion is soft. Add the courgette and the mushrooms and saut\u00e9 a little longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the carrot and the broccoli, let it saut\u00e9 very well, add the codfish and the soy sauce, stir it in and let it cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.
