A delicious recipe of Minho Style Codfish with the best Portuguese cured cod. Ready to taste good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defrost the cod fillets, then dry them well and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Dip the codfish fillets in flour, add them to the frying pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. Then drain them well and place them on a serving dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel and wash the onions and garlic cloves, cut the onions into half-moons and chop the garlic. Drain half the oil from frying the codfish and saut\u00e9 the onions and garlic. Arrange on top of the cod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into rounds and fry. Remove from the heat and arrange around the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/codfish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish.<\/a> Sprinkle with a little sweet pepper and chopped parsley.
