Check out the full recipe below and bon app\u00e9tit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defrost the codfish fillets, rinse them under cold running water, dry them with an absorbent paper towel, grease them with olive oil and grill them on a non-stick frying-pan greased with olive oil for approximately 5 to 6 minutes on each side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soften the spinach in olive oil, seasoning lightly with salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the olive paste: grind the olives in a food processor, with the garlic clove, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of oregano and a pinch of coarse salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the slices of bread place the olive paste, spinach, grilled <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/codfish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish flakes <\/a>and quartered cherry tomatoes, season with freshly ground black pepper, drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 250\u00b0C for approximately 3 to 4 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the Codfish Bruschetta with spinach from the oven, drizzle with a little olive oil and serve immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">READY TO TASTE GOOD!<\/a><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2265,"template":"","categories":[259,56,38],"colecoes":[318,339,336],"tipos-bacalhau":[246],"class_list":["post-7925","receitas","type-receitas","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-originais-en","category-spring-summer","category-starters-and-snacks","colecoes-appetisers-and-tidbits","colecoes-family-meals","colecoes-spring-summer","tipos-bacalhau-codfish-slices"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Codfish and Spinach Bruschetta - Riberalves<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Codfish Bruschetta with spinach, olive paste and cherry tomato.
