Defrost the codfish, remove the skin and bones and shred it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil with the onion, garlic and bay leaf. When the onion becomes translucent, add the tomato and the carrot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cook for a few minutes and add the codfish<\/a> and tomato pulp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Then, simmer until all the liquid has evaporated, discard the bay leaf and leave to cool. Set the oven to 180 degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mix the flour with the flax seeds, add two tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of nutmeg and the water. Knead lightly and add the vinegar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Knead again until the dough is smooth and pliable and comes away from the hands (you may need to add more flour or more water).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and line the tins with baking sheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Place a tablespoon of the codfish filling in each one and cover with dough, forming pies.
