How about a light codfish pizza, a healthy and quick recipe for dinner, with the best Portuguese cured codfish, Riberalves Codfish<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heat the oven to 220\u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roll out the dough on a round baking tray, place the shredded codfish on top, the tomatoes cut in half, some olives, oregano, a pinch of salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and bake in the oven for 20\/25 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, you can drizzle with a little more of olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
