After the codfish is defrosted, dry it well and brush it on both sides with olive oil, which has been perfumed with the herbs, garlic and chillies. (You can let your imagination run wild.) Season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With the grill very hot, start by grilling the codfish on \u00adthe skin side (if the fillets have not been cleaned). When you turn them over, brush the fillets again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cook the potatoes in their skins. Once they are ready, peel them and cut them into not very thin slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beat the eggs and add the cheese and milk, salt and nutmeg. Grease a Pyrex with butter, place the potato slices, add the butter and spread the cream over them. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
