Blanch the codfish in boiling water, drain and dry it well. Bake it over hot coals or on the grill, taking care not to let it burn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chop the garlic and add it to the olive oil. Roast the potatoes in the oven with the skin on, then open them in half with the tip of a knife and sprinkle with sea salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flake the codfish on the serving plate, drizzle it with the olive oil and serve it with the potatoes, the rapini and the sliced hard-boiled eggs and enjoy the Baked Codfish with rapini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
