Simple, easy to prepare, healthy and tasty. What do you think?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the shredded <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/codfish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish<\/a> in water, white wine, the bay leaf and some peppercorns. After 5 minutes, strain the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/linha\/consumo-no-lar\/\">codfish.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chop the garlic and saut\u00e9 them in a pan with very hot olive oil. Add the shredded codfish and cook for about 10\/15 minutes, stirring frequently to crumble it as much as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the milk and cream, cover and cook over a low heat until creamy. At the end, add the chopped parsley.
