Defrost the Codfish Cheeks<\/a>, rinse under cold running water and drain well. Soften the sliced garlic cloves in the heated olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then add the well drained Codfish Cheeks and saut\u00e9 for a few minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, refresh with the wine and boil for 1 to 2 min. Finally, simmer for a few more minutes, sprinkle with plenty of coarsely chopped coriander, turn off and drizzle with the lemon juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
