To start preparing the codfish <\/a>pancakes, defrost the codfish, remove the skin and bones and shred it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wash the green beans, remove the stringy part and cut them into small pieces that can steam. Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beat the egg, mix in the sparkling water, flour, garlic powder, nutmeg to taste and the yeast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then stir in the carrot, green beans, chopped parsley and codfish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cook portions of this batter, on both sides, in a non-stick frying pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
