Boil the codfish <\/a>and leave to cool. Shred into slivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cut the carrots into sticks and the onion into thin slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dip the rice paper in hot water and fill it with all the ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dip the roll in soy sauce or ricotta sauce with garlic and herbs and eat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
