A tip from dietician Ana Bravo. Shall we prepare it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start by washing the cabbage well and cutting it into julienne strips. Chop the garlic and the onion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a pan put the olive oil, garlic and onion and over a low heat, cook the mixture. As soon as the onion becomes translucent, add the codfish and nutmeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and cook to taste.
