To prepare a delicious Codfish Pizza, first defrost the codfish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To prepare the dough mix a teaspoon of the oat flour with the yeast and some of the warm water. Let it rest for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mix the remaining flour with the yeast mixture. Add the remaining lukewarm water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Knead (adjusting if necessary with more lukewarm water or oat flour – the dough should become pliable). Let rise for about 1 hour (or until doubled in volume).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Set the oven at 200 degrees. Meanwhile, steam-cook the codfis<\/a>h, remove the skin and bones and flake it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In a wok, add the olive oil, bay leaf, chopped garlic, chilli to taste, turmeric and finely sliced onion.
