  1. Place the codfish <\/a>on an oven tray with a drizzle of olive oil and bake at 160\u00baC for 20 minutes; shred and set aside.<\/li>
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic; slice the leek.<\/li>
  3. In a pan add a drizzle of olive oil and saut\u00e9 the onion until translucent; add the chopped garlic and leek and saut\u00e9 for another 2-3 minutes.<\/li>
  4. Remove from the heat; add the codfish flakes and mix them; grate the cauliflower onto the mixture and mix; adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.<\/li>
  5. Grease a pie tin with butter; pour the dough into the tin and trim the excess; pour the codfish mixture into the tin and spread evenly.<\/li>
  6. Separately, mix the egg yolks, cream and milk; pour over the codfish mixture; bake the Baked Codfish Quiche at 180\u00baC for 15 minutes; sprinkle with grated Queijo da Ilha (Madeiran cheese) and bake for another 10 minutes.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
