Defrost the codfish cheeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set the oven to 200 degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a wok heat the coconut oil with the turmeric, garlic, chilli pepper to taste and the onion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As soon as the onion is translucent, add the tomato. Wash, peel and dice the courgette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the courgette to the previous preparation, together with the broccoli. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transfer to an oven-proof dish. Arrange the codfish cheeks and add the coconut drink (the cheeks should remain immersed, if necessary add water or more coconut drink).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, until it boils and the cheeks are cooked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serve the Codfish Moqueca<\/em> sprinkled with fresh herbs and chilli pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
