Chop the leek and the chopped red pepper strip and add to the codfish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the coriander, pepper, passionfruit pulp and citrus juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Season with olive oil and at the end add the mango.
