A practical and delicious recipe. Riberalves Codfish, Ready to taste good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel the garlic cloves, the onions and the potatoes. Chop the garlic cloves, slice the onions and potatoes and cut the peppers into strips. Peel the tomato and chop it; cut the codfish into pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a <em>cataplana<\/em>, put half the olive oil, the chopped garlic, the onion rings, the tomato, the pepper strips, the potatoes and the c<a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/codfish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">odfish piec<\/a>es.
