Soak the chickpeas in the fridge for 24 hours. Remove it and cook it in water until soft. Set aside. Place the codfish on a platter, drizzle it with olive oil, add the finely chopped coriander and leave it to drain for 3 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the water in which the carrots, parsley, onion, garlic, and peppercorns were pre-cooked, simmer the codfish on<\/a> a low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the codfish and vegetables and drain everything. Dice the vegetables into small cubes. Once everything is cooled, mix with the chickpeas, season with olive oil and a few tears of lemon juice.
