A practical recipe for codfish <\/a>cakes. Shall we prepare them? Defrost the codfish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remove the skin and bones, weigh 250g and bake it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shred it very well. Boil the potato and carrot, cut into pieces, drain well and make into a puree. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together: the codfish, the vegetable puree, the quinoa and the seasoning, kneading with your hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shape the cakes and arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven, at 200 degrees, for about 15 minutes (or until golden brown).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
