Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a frying pan, saut\u00e9 the prawns previously seasoned with black pepper, saffron and ginger. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrange the codfish flakes on a wide plate or platter and place the prawns on top. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Separately, heat the olive oil in a frying pan with the finely chopped garlic (without burning).
